In-Home Consultation

We'll start out with an in person consultation - this is to better understand your

expectations, goals, and gives us an opportunity to tour the home together. You'll

get to know me better, what makes my services competitive,

and I will present you with a game plan as to how we're going to list, market, & sell your home.

I will create a Comparable Market Analysis on your home, using comparable sales data to assure that we are setting the most competitive price for your home.

Listing Your Home

Listing a home takes preparation and organization. I have tips & tricks we'll go over that will get your home ready for showings & in its best shape to attract potential buyers. 

As part of my listing services, a professional photographer will

come take photos before we list the property. When marketing, our goal is to stand out among other listings on the market, so photos are important.

Guidance, Service, & Hitting the Target

As your listing agent, I'm here to guide and educate you through the entire process. When offers are presented, I negotiate & deal effectively on your behalf with the buyers,

buyers agents, title companies and attorneys. Selling a property is an important business decision that requires strategy and expertise.

I prepare all the forms, contracts and disclosures needed throughout the transaction,

which are required by law, and make sure they are legally correct. I also help you understand all this fun paperwork. This includes all agreements, inspections, and appraisals involved. (Even inspections such as septic, well or soil, which might be applicable to your property.)

I not only make sure the appraisal is handled properly, I oversee and guide you through the closing and title process as well.

I ensure that each & every facet is effectively & professionally handled in your best interest, so we can hit the target and get your home SOLD!
